Trade Sexual Health

Trade Sexual Health is a community based charity with a primary focus on the sexual health needs of men who have sex with men (MSM) in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Vision

We believe good sexual health is a state of total wellbeing related to sexuality; it is not just the absence of disease. Sexual health requires a positive approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences, free of coercion and discrimination.

Mission

To preserve and improve the good health, both physical and mental of gay and bisexual men resident or working in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.  In particular their sexual health and that of their partners.

Values

Respect, Openness, Honesty and Understanding.

We respect the community that we serve as well as each other.  We deal with our service users, funders and the wider community with openness and honesty and understand our accountability to all these parties.  We also understand that it is sometimes difficult to deal with some of the issues that we work with daily and that care needs to be taken to treat each and every enquiry with the sensitivity is deserves.
